Meet Redina Kolaneci
Founder & Managing Director
I’m Redina Kolaneci, founder of Christian Fundraising Consultancy. For more than 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping Christian ministries in the UK, Europe and beyond raise the resources they need for God’s mission.
I came into fundraising through theology and research rather than marketing. In the late 1990s, I carried out the first national survey of giving among evangelical Christians in the UK. What fascinated me most was not simply the numbers, but what lay behind them.
Why do some people give sacrificially? What builds trust between donors and ministries? What makes someone feel genuinely part of a mission rather than simply a name on a mailing list?
Those questions have shaped my work ever since. Over the years, my team and I have worked with hundreds of organisations including LICC, Samaritan’s Purse UK, CMS Australia, Church Urban Fund, Mercy Ships UK, Derek Prince Ministries UK, Mission Without Borders, OM Ships and London City Mission.
I’m especially grateful for the team around me: experienced Christian professionals who care about both the quality of our work and the ministries we serve.
